刘方荣，硕士，副教授，外国语学院大学英语第一教学部主任。本科和硕士均毕业于湖北大学外国语学院，研究方向为语言学、外语教学。长期从事大学英语教学、竞赛辅导工作，主持校级教研项目1项、科研项目1项、省级科研项目1项，参与多项省级科研项目，参编一部著作，发表教学及科研论文20余篇，获中国纺织工业协会教学成果二等奖，主讲本科课程主要包括“大学基础英语”，“英语技能训练”，“学科英语（经管类）”，“学科英语（理工类）”，“英语语言拓展（中国文化概况）”等课程。

Liu Fangrong has been at WTU since 2005. Since 2016, she has been an associate professor of English in School of Foreign Languages. She has been responsible for college English teaching and competition.She has been responsible for one provincial-level scientific research projects. She has published more than 20 academic papers and participated in compiling 1 book. She has received various awards for her teaching including the “Teaching Achievements” Prize from China Textile Association etc. Her mainly teaching courses for undergraduates include “College English”, “English-speaking Skill Training”, “Academic English (Economics and Administration)”, “Academic English (Science and Technology)”,“English Development-type Course (A Glimpse of Chinese Culture)”etc..
