Ke Qunsheng, MA, professor in EFL, postgraduate tutor, vice dean of the School of Foreign Languages, member of TAH. His research focuses on C-E translation and TEFL teaching & research, particularly CBI. He graduated from Sichuan University, and received MA in English Language and Literature from Central China Normal University. He attended a 2-month training program at the University of Chichester in UK in 2006, a-year visiting scholar program at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2010, and was awarded a scholarship by CSC in 2019. He chairs 15 provincial or university research projects and published 2 National 5-year Plan textbooks，42 research papers as well as 1 monograph on philosophy (co-translated). He won 1 third-prize of Hubei Higher Educational Achievement Award(director), 1 third-prize of CNTAC Educational Achievement Award(director), and 1 first-prize of CNTAC Educational Achievement Award(the third participant). His lecture courses are "Integrated English" and "English News Reading" for undergraduates and "Comparison of English and Chinese Language and Culture" and "Literary Translation" for postgraduates. Under his guide, the students completed 1 national Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training program for college students, and won some prizes in NECCS, “FLTRP” English Writing Contest, and Hubei Translation Competition in the past years.
